24 weeks

By this time I'm beginning to experience the unpleasant side effects of getting bigger! I never really experienced morning sickness. Just about a week of nausea and then one throwing up episode in the very beginning. I feel really blessed in that department. There is nothing like feeling nauseated all day. However, sleep is getting more and more uncomfortable and stretching your abdomen to fit a basketball sized uterus (eventually) can get a little painful. However, all of these discomforts are replaced with the utter joy of feeling Kelsie kick inside of me. Oh and by this point Braden and I had finally decided on a name! Boy was it hard Agreeing. He likes the more traditional names, which by all means is great, but for our baby I wanted something different but not too weird. So Lori bought us a baby book and we went through the names A-K for girls and stopped on K when when both decided we loved the name Kelsie. It just fits! She will be named Kelsie Ann Workman. Getting back to the kicks, they are the coolest, most amazing feeling ever. It's hard to describe just how they feel, but to know that she has her own little routine and thought process is just inredible to me. I'd like to think she's on the same shedule as me lol because I haven't really felt her wake me up too much during the night. Braden felt her from the outside right after Christmas so I was about 21 weeks or so. I loved watching his face light up! At this point I am finally getting a bump too, nobody has stopped me to ask my due date, but there was a noticeable bulge! Weight gain has become more steady, but that's to be expected and I plan on working hard after she arrives!
