Braden and I found out we were expecting in early September. We were really nervous and excited at the same time! This pregnancy was a pleasant surprise. We had just moved back to Las Vegas from Logan, UT and didn't even have time to adjust it seemed like! I had a lot of worries in the beginning, but somehow everything just seemed to fall into place. I had taken numerous pregnancy tests because somehow I just wasn't convinced this was real. Right before 8 weeks of pregnancy I had my first ultrasound. The second I saw the little flicker of the heartbeat I started crying, there really was a baby in there! It was a really special moment for Braden and I to see a living human being growing inside of me! I started taking pictures of my tummy at 5 weeks. I wanted to soak in and remember every moment of this amazing experience.
